Texas license to carry handgun

The classroom instruction will cover the four  statutory required topics.

 Laws that relate to weapons 

 the use of deadly force 

Handgun use and safety, including use of restraint holsters and methods to ensure the secure carrying of openly carried handguns

 Non-violent dispute resolution

 Proper storage practices for handguns with an emphasis on storage practices that eliminate the possibility of accidental injury to a child. 

Handguns are available for rent for rent.

Requirements:

• Pistol - .22 caliber and larger
• Minimum of 2 Magazines
• 50 rounds of proper ammunition
• Head Cover (Ball Cap)
• Holster 
• Magazine Carrier
• Hearing / Eye Protection
• Proper footing (shoes)
• No High Heels allowed
• Students are encouraged to bring lunch or snacks
• Drinks are provided
